We grow more than 10 varieties of mushrooms on our farm and use them to prepare a variety of mushroom products ranging from mushroom soup to mushroom pickles.
Hotel Oyster Mushrooms has developed its own recipe for a variety of mushroom foods that may be bland like mushroom fry, creamy like mushroom butter masala, salty like mushroom pepper dry, spicy like mushroom chili masala, crispy like mushroom kabab, and spicy blend like mushroom biryani.
